Shipping policy
PREORDERS NOT YET SHIPPED:
Presale orders may be refunded for no charge if the preorder is not shipped within 30 days of the promised ship date.
FULFILLED ORDERS:
The Magnetic Bag Company stands behind the quality of all of our products and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your items within 30-days of your purchase date for a full refund, less shipping.
Items must be in brand new condition and original tags and packaging must be attached and provided.
Bags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return. Contact us at SUPPORT@MAGNETICBAGCOMPANY.COM to let us know why you would like to return your items.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a refund. Magnetic Bag Company assumes no responsibility for lost orders if the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery to the address left on file by the customer. Lost orders will be reshipped solely at the discretion of Magnetic Bag Company.
REFUND ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA:

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

No refunds will be issued for customers that claim that their Magnetic Bag Company is not strong enough to attach to metal. Magnetic Bag Company is not responsible for damage to any device including, but not limited to, cellular device, credit cards, televisions, or laptops. Magnetic Bag Company is not responsible for the degradation of the magnets overtime and will not replace, exchange, or refund any product due to magnetic strength.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on last chance items or gift cards.
TO START A REFUND REQUEST:
You can contact us at SUPPORT@MAGNETICBAGCOMPANY.COM. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying return shipping and providing tracking information. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
UNITED STATES RETURNS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and a the standard rate shipping will be applied if you choose to use our prepaid domestic return label. Magnetic Bag Company reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and you will choose your own carrier to return your items. Include your original packing slip and use a tracking service to guarantee your delivery. Packages that are lost and untraceable are not eligible for refunds. Magnetic Bag Company reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued.
