Such a great upgrade to my bottle bag. The strap pad adds a more comfort, especially since I use the bag both in and out of the gym. If you plan on carrying the bag often especially for activities like hiking I definitely recommend it. It really levels things up.

This company is amazing! I had a user error with the bag pad and I thought it didn’t fit. The company was kind to me about telling me my mistake, and even sent me a how to video. Excellent customer service, excellent attention to detail, and excellent five stars at dealing with a Customer who was wrong. I work on ships. Magnetic bags are the best, especially on the rough days when you are just trying to hold on. The bottle bags is great for holding bottles, radios, glasses, etc.. Love it!

It works fine but it should just come with the bag... its weird it doesn't.
